Warning
The Following Warnings Must Be Followed. Failure To Follow These Warnings Could Result In Serious Personal
Injury Or Death!
- Never Allow Untrained Personnel To Operate Machinery.
- High Pressure Water Can Cause Death Or Serious Injury.
- Before Starting Unit, Be Sure To Wear Personal Protective Equipment Such As
Safety Goggles Or Face Shield And Protective Clothing Such As Gloves, Coveralls Or Raincoat, Rubber Boots
With Metatarsal Guards, And Hearing Protection.
- Do Not Direct Water Stream Toward Self Or Others.
- Do Not Spray Electrical Apparatus.
- Pressurized Fluid Streams And Ruptured Pressure Vessels Can Cause Death Or
Injury.
- Ensure The Jet Hose Has Been Placed In The Pipe. (Minimum Of 6 Feet
Suggested) Before Engaging The Water Pressure To Prevent The Hose From Coming Out Of The Pipe Prematurely
And Causing Injury.
- High Pressure Fluid Can Create A High-pressure Stream Or Ruptured Vessel.
- Relieve Pressure Before Servicing.
- Use In Open, Well-ventilated Areas Or Vent The Exhaust To The Outside.
- Exhaust Gases Can Cause Death Or Serious Injury.
- A Hydrant Meter Is Required When Using A Water Hydrant. Fines Are The
Responsibility Of The User.
Nozzle Descriptions
Izonso Grenade
The Best General Cleaning Nozzle.
Raut Chisel
Penetrating Nozzle for Blockage Removal. Cuts through Grease and Ice.
Tremol
Spinner Nozzle for descaling and grease. Cleans built up debris from pipe
walls.
EG-A-NATOR
Egg Style Flushing Nozzle. general cleaning, sand, mud and light sediments
removal, long runs.
Ellipse
Penetrating Nozzle for grease, dirt, roots and other waste.
RPD Nozzle
All Purpose Nozzle for penetrating and flushing blockages.
Tips
If your nozzle stops pulling the hose through
the pipe, you've likely found a blockage or a bend. Pull the hose back about 6 inches to allow the nozzle to
do its job.
Our Jetter has the option to run both engines
or only one. Running one engine will provide 9 Gallons of water per minute at 4000 PSI, Running Two Engines
will provide 18 Gallons of Water per minute at 4000 PSI.
How To Use The Jetter
Wireless or Manual?
Manual Eagle Hydro-Jetter Instructions
Hydro-Jetters should only be operated by trained professionals.
Trailer Requires a 2-5/16” Trailer Hitch Ball
1. Fill the tank with water:
• Using fill
hose on jetter
• Using Hydrant hook-up (Meter Required)
• Or simply placing a garden hose
into the top of the tank.
Do NOT tow with water in the tank.
2. Select your nozzle.
3. Attach the nozzle to the end of the Orange
Leader Hose.
4.Attach the Orange Leader Hose to the Jetting
Hose.
The leader hose is a warning to the
operator that the jetting nozzle is close to the entrypoint, operator should use caution.
5. Use a Tyger Tail. Run the hose through the
center of the Tyger tail.
Helps protects the
hose from damage.
6. Insert the Hose end with the nozzle AT LEAST 6 feet into the pipe or cleanout.
7. Place Keys in Ignition A clockwise partial
turn will prime the fuel pumps.
Allow 2-3 Seconds for priming before
completing the key turn.
8. Pull up the Red Water Selector Valve.
9. Throttle up the Engine(s) Rotate Throttle
Counter-clockwise.
10. Use the Hose Reel Controls to allow the
nozzle to pull the hose further into the pipe.
11. The Pulsation Valve causes a “Jump Jet”
effect to help punch through debris.
12. Throttle the Engines down to an idle.
Rotate the Throttle Clockwise.
13. Return Red Water Selector Valve to the OFF or Down Position.
14. Turn Engines off by turning the keys
counter-clockwise to the OFF Position.
15. Rewind the hose, use black button.
16. Remove the Tyger tail, leader hose and
nozzle.
17. Secure the jetting hose.
18. Drain remaining water in the tank.
19. Refuel the Jetter with GAS after job.
Having Trouble?
Pressure Spiking? Check the nozzle for clogs.
No water with red selector on? Check water filter for
clogs.
Not starting? Check fuel level and prime fuel lines.
Throttle not opening? Check the throttle lock located
just behind the knob.

8. Flip up the Wireless System Switch on the
Control Board.
Turn on the Engines by tapping the "On/Off"
Button, once the red light appears next to the TX on top of the remote you can press the "Engine
Start" button. Repeat for Engine #2.
9. Press the "Pressure On/Off" button to allow
the water to flow through the hose.
Throttle up the Engine(s)
10. Use the Hose Reel Controls to allow the
nozzle to pull the hose further into the pipe.
To use the remote you need to preset the Reel
direction button and speed (Located next to the Hose Reel).
11. The Pulsation Valve causes a “Jump Jet”
effect to help punch through debris.
12. Throttle the Engines down to an idle.
13. Press the "Pressure On/Off" button to stop
the water to flow through the hose.
Return Red Water Selector Valve to the OFF or Down Position.
14. Turn Engines off and flip the Wireless
Switch back to the "Off" Position.
15. Rewind the hose, use black button.
16. Remove the Tyger tail, leader hose and
nozzle.
17.Place nozzles back in the nozzlebox.
18. Secure the jetting hose.
19. Drain remaining water in the tank.
20. Refuel the Jetter with GAS after job.
