Warthog Oil Syringe
Keeping your WarthogĀ® nozzles in peak condition is essential for reliable performance. Regular lubrication with Warthog Slow Oil helps maintain smooth operationāplan to refill every 40-50 hours of use. If you notice your nozzle spinning more rapidly than normal, it's a clear sign it's time for more oil.
The Warthog Oil Syringe makes nozzle lubrication quick and precise. Its ergonomic design lets you inject just the right amount of oil exactly where it's neededāno mess, no guesswork.
Both the 3/8" Mini Super Spin (WT) and the 1/2" WS models require regular application of Warthog Slow Oil using the Warthog Oil Syringe to keep seals and bearings properly damped and extend service life.
To fill the 1/2ā³ - WS with viscous fluid/oil:
- Fill the Syringe (366-BC410) with viscous fluid. This is best done by unscrewing the handle from the tube and pulling out the plunger. Pour fluid into tube and reassemble.
- Remove the Port Screw from the Body. Hold the swivel with the hose tail upward as shown. Thread syringe into port, slowly squeeze fluid into swivel; excess fluid will come out under the weep seal. Keep squeezing in new fluid until it comes out clean.
- Remove syringe; install Port Screw.
To fill the 3/8ā³ - WT with viscous fluid/oil:
- Fill the syringe with viscous fluid. This is best done by unscrewing the handle from the tube and pulling out the plunger. Pour fluid into the tube; reassemble the syringe.
- Hold the Warthog with the hose end up as shown. Remove the Port Screw from the Warthog. Thread the syringe fitting into the port, and slowly squeeze fluid into swivel until excess fluid comes out around the inlet end. If the fluid coming out appears dirty or watery, keep squeezing in new fluid until it comes out clean.
- Remove syringe from Warthog, install Port Screw.
